@HealthyJuicingVideo Thanks for your reply. I’ve been juicing truck loads of watermelons with rind this past couple of weeks and I’ve noticed quite a difference in myself. I’m not massively overweight, just need to lose stubborn belly fat and I can tell it’s already diminishing. I love the juice, I’m thinking it’s high in sugar tho. But, upon researching it has ‘arginine’ in it, which has proven most beneficial for weight loss in studies. Keep up the good info.
@SunUp08 That natural sugar in fruit is called fructose. In excess, it can cause problems. People with diabetes or blood sugar problems should avoid fruit, but otherwise it’s fine. It can hinder weight loss, since sugar is stored as fat. As for vegetables, it depends on the type. Vegetables such as carrots and beets can be high in sugar, but for the most part, most veggies are fine and can be juiced by people with diabetes.
Hey nice vid. I’ve been reading in some places that juicing fruits and veg releases too much ‘sugar’ into the bloodstream. To me this seems ridiculous because most of these people are liking fruit sugar to processed sugar. What’s your take on the sugar thing? Thanks.
