@yezz999 maybe do like 3 sets 3 times a week, no need to overdo stuff. However, don’t forget to mind your diet so that the fat covering your abs will vanish,

Hi Tammy, i think your workouts are great, im gonna do it… And also, the reason why it’s great coz no equipments needed, just for the arm workout… I also have a question, CAN I DO BOTH OF THE WORKOUTS FOR THE BUTT AND ABS AT THE SAME DAY? i DON’T WANT TO HAVE MUSCLES, LIKE IN THE ARM OR LEG, JUST WANT TO MAKE THEM THINNER AND FIRM, DOES YOUR WORKOUTS GIVES ME MUSCLES?
